I offer non-toxic products to ensure the health and beauty of my clients' hair without sacrificing the quality of the results. My name is Taylor, I've been a stylist for 7 years. I was born and raised in the Raleigh/Cary area. My specialties & services I enjoy are Vivids(aka fashion colors), Shags, Balayage, lived in color, Reds (gingers), Modern bobs/lobs, alternative cuts & styles, etc. NOTE: All New Color Clients Are Required To Book A Consultation First Cancellation Policy Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. To help us provide the best services for you and for others, We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred: 24 hours or more in advance—no fee Less than 24 hours in advance—15% of the cost of services booked (If there is more than one offense) no- call - No- shows—15% of the cost of services booked *We value the time and needs of every client, but We understand that life happens. so the cost of the fee will be applied towards your next service* Sick Policy The safety of THE SALON and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever). Missed appointments are hard on US and leave other guests waiting. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as well as getting the product needed for your color appointment, allowing us to provide the best service to all our valued clients. Deposit Amount: A deposit of 20% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your final bill. Booking and Payment: Appointments can be booked online through our GlossGenius booking site. The deposit must be paid online or in the salon at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours or more in advance to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or if no call no show, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of salon management in cases of [illness, emergencies].
